Joshua James, whose mother was a professional model, has been acting and modeling since he was eight, when he began his career modeling for Dillard's department stores. Noticed for his incredible talent at sixteen, Joshua's former talent agent hired him to instruct/direct students of all ages. He has been teaching models runway and coordinating fashion shows ever since.
Joshua has taught beginner models who now model professionally, former beauty pageant winners, modeling/talent expo competitors, and actors who are now booked with top agents that appear on television.
Today, Joshua James is known for his elaborate, red carpet fashion shows/events, showcased throughout Los Angeles, New York, Miami, and all over the U.S., attracting audiences in the hundreds. His expertise has allowed him to oversee a talent agency in Beverly Hills, work with L.A.'s top fashion designers, and teach students at two of the most elite schools of performing arts. Joshua's fashion expertise has lead to him styling numerous celebrities such as Val Kilmer, Victoria Justice, Joey Lawrence, Amanda Schull, Perez Hilton, and travel the world internationally as Fashion Editor for SU Magazine.
Joshua has now taken up iPhoneography, landing mulitple published photo shoots,
and is now pursuing Fashion Filmmaking, featuring several couture designers.
Now he's on to even BIGGER things in Fashion.
Joshua's acting experience includes film, television, commercials, voice overs, theatre, and live shows. He has performed in front of audiences of thousands.
Joshua landed his first commercial at the age of ten. Then by age twelve, he was represented by 3 talent agents in Texas and a talent manager in Los Angeles. At the same time, he received the Overall Actor of the Year Award (ages 3-75) for the Worldwide Model & Talent Ltd. in Dallas, TX. In the summer of 2000, Joshua was honored as the youngest cast member in the world-renown 35th Anniversary of "TEXAS" A Musical Drama. With his talent for voice impersonations, he has been called,
"The Man of 1000 voices."
After making his move to Los Angeles, Joshua James has made a name for himself, from the runways of Fashion to the world of Entertainment. In addition to being the producer for SU Magazine's extravagant fashion shows, Joshua is also the Host with the Most, emceeing every show and bringing the crowd to their feet.

Tru TV, and The Discovery Channel.
